Join us for a unique opportunity to interact with our adorable kittens while they socialize before finding their forever homes. This is your chance to learn about cat care and discover the personalities of our furry friends in a fun, engaging environment.
At our cattery, we limit interactions to a maximum of 2 groups per viewing session. This means no overcrowding, allowing our kittens to feel relaxed while you enjoy a truly immersive experience.
Please note: Since all our kittens are available for adoption, we cannot guarantee a specific number of kittens for interaction. We appreciate your understanding that we can only provide availability updates if our kitten count drops below 2.
Once informed, goers are still welcome to either proceed with the CatXperience session or reschedule for another date and time that works better for you!
Upon entering, maintain a calm and relaxed demeanor. Loud conversations and overly excited behavior can scare the cats and disturb others. Please remember to walk, not run, inside the interaction area. With children, If it becomes difficult for either you or our staff to help your children remain calm and gentle, we may need to politely ask you to leave without a refund.
For everyone’s safety, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that domestic helpers do not qualify as accompanying adults.
We kindly ask parents and guardians to help ensure their children follow our house rules, making sure everyone enjoys a fun visit.
When approaching a cat, lower yourself to their level. This helps the cat feel more at ease. Avoid hovering your hand above their head; instead, approach from the side or from the back
Please refrain from extending your hand directly in front of our cats’ noses. The belief that cats need to sniff your fingers is a myth and can confuse them, causing them to retreat. Also, avoid getting your face too close to theirs, as this can come off as confrontational. Prolonged eye contact may be perceived as a threat, so try to avoid staring directly at the cats.
After you’ve approached from the side or back, gently pat and stroke the cat. Limit your strokes to 3-5 soft pats before giving the cat some space. This helps prevent overstimulation. You will know when the cat wishes to have more pats
Please remind your children to avoid touching sensitive areas such as the cats’ paws, belly, nose, or whiskers. Hugging or carrying the cats is not allowed to ensure their comfort unless guided by any of our connoisseurs.
Please note that in the event of a no-show, late arrival, or cancellation, there will be no refunds or extensions of time. Once your booking is confirmed, the session is reserved exclusively for your group (up to a maximum of 2 groups). By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a smooth experience for all our guests!
By entering the cat cafe, patrons accept the risk of potential injury from interactions with the cats, including bites and scratches.
